Updated affirmations
I have updated the affirmations on the link - removed the spleen ones, and added some on post surgery recovery and overall general health. All of you can also greatly benefit from repeating this affirmations for yourself too. Take a print-out of this and keep it handy - just repeat it over and over again for Nook - these are messages we are sending out to Nook's subconscious mind to heal his body.
