Here are the detail directions to visit Nook at the City of Hope Medical Center in Duarte (town), CA. (Please note -- City of Hope is the name of the hospital and it is located in the city of Duarte)

1500 East Duarte Rd, Duarte, CA 91010-3000. 1.626.256.4673.

91(West) or wherever you are to get to 57 North.  Proceed to 210 West ~ go past the 605 overpass and take Buena Vista exit. 

Turn left on Buena Vista at car dealer.  At lite make another left. Go under the overpass and cross railroad and make a left at the lite on to East Duarte Rd  for City of Hope Hosp (stay in right lane).

If visiting during the day: turn right on Village Road and park in the big lot on your right. Walk ahead further and turn left at the sign HELFORD HOSP. Sign in at the reception ONLY IF THEY ASK. Proceed to elevators to the 3rd floor to the ICU.

Once you get to ICU, please text Sangeetha at 714-931-4308 and wait for her at the waiting lounge on the 3rd floor. Only two visitors are allowed at a time.

If visiting at night: Go about 1/4 mile slowly in the right lane on East Duarte past Village Road and enter main entry to the City of Hope hospital where the security guard is. Go past the guard and tell him you need to go to Helford Hospital Bldg. ONLY IF HE ASKS.  Otherwise proceed straight and turn right past gardens. Make another left at the next parking lot. (Not at the main visitor parking)

Follow signs to Helford Hospital.  Sign in at the reception ONLY IF THEY ASK. Proceed to elevators to the 3rd floor to the ICU.

Once you get to ICU, please text Sangeetha at 714-931-4308 and wait for her at the waiting lounge on the 3rd floor.  Only two visitors are allowed at a time.
